What do reservation statuses mean?
The booking status helps to understand the stage of your booking process. You can check the status at any time. We will also notify you by email.
Waiting for Confirmation
The Guest has sent a request for booking. The Owner has 1.5-24 hours to confirm the reservation.
Request validity:
- 90 min for requests made 4-12 hours before the start of the booking.
- 8 hours for req. made 12-24 h before the start;
- 15 hours for req. made 24-48 h before the start;
- 24 hours for req. made more then 48 h before the start;
Important:
We accept overnight-requests at least 24 hours before the start.
Once the req. is rejected, the dates in the listing calendar become available again.
Request expired
The Host did not accept the Guest’s preliminary req. The vessel can be booked again.
Canceled by Owner
The booking was canceled by the owner, guest, or our platform. Sometimes Bimbarent does this on behalf of either party.
Canceled by guest
The reservation was canceled by the guest.
Confirmed
The booking\calendar request has been accepted by the owner.
Date Change
The owner has sent a req. to change the rental dates.
New date not confirmed
Within 24 hours the Guest did not accept the host’s new dates.
New date declined
The guest declined the proposed new booking dates.
