If you have any specific requirements, describe them in simple terms. You can also discuss local cultural norms. However, it’s not recommended to overwhelm guests with too many rules. Instead, describe some pleasant bonuses that guests can expect when book your transport.
Competitive pricing and security refundable deposit
When determining your rental price, consider whether it is comparable to the location and amenities.
The owner can also establish a security refundable deposit to cover any risks during the rental. Guests will see this amount before booking. The SRD is not automatically charged and is taken from the guest separately before the rental begins. At the end of the rental, if no damage is found, the guest should receive the full damage-deposit amount back.
Activate this option if necessary. It’s important to keep in mind that for low budget rentals, asking for an additional security-refundable deposit may not be well-received by guests and could potentially lead to a decrease in rental requests.
