How to set available dates in the calendar? Updating and Syncing
Our experience shows that keeping up-to-date information in the calendar helps to avoid cancellations of bookings. By blocking certain dates, you inform guests in advance which days are available for rent.
To block or open dates:
- Go to the Listings, select the right one.
- Click Edit > Calendar.
- To lock or unlock a date, select the days on the calendar.
- Then select the action next to the “Save” button.
- Click Save.

- Available dates in the timetable are highlighted in white color.
- Blocked time from 00:00 to 14:00 is indicated by an upper diagonal triangle gray color.
- Blocked time after 14:00 is indicated by a lower diagonal-triangle-gray color.
- An unavailable date is indicated in gray color.
For overnight rentals, we accept requests at least 24-48 hours before the start date, so that owners have time to prepare for the booking.
Unconfirmed bookings. Dates on the Planner are blocked until the request is accepted or rejected within 90 min – 24 hours. To respond to requests in a timely manner, subscribe to our chat bot.
Remember, guests need maximum available dates, & you need a convenient schedule. Find a balance between free days and the number of bookings.
Update & Sync Owner-calendar
You can easily avoid Double Bookings. To make the process easier, use a free tool like Google Calendar (by adding confirmed rentals). This way, you can collect all your bookings in one place.
Later on, we will introduce a feature allowing synchronization of the Bimbarent-calendar with other popular schedule tools. This will allow you to manage your bookings more efficiently.
