How to change the rental date?

For guests

If your rental has already been confirmed, but you want to reschedule the reservation time, please contact the transport owner directly.

How an owner can send a request to change the dates

  1. In the owner’s account, go to the Bookings section and select the rental you need.
  2. Next to the Change Booking Date option, click Change.
  3. Specify the reason for rescheduling, adjust the start time, and click Request.

However, there are a few important points to keep in mind:

  • The owner can send a request for a new date through the personal account no later than 48 hours before the start of the reservation. If there are less than 48 hours left before the start, this option is not available. Please contact the guest directly and suggest new time.
  • The duration or the number of guests cannot be adjusted.
  • The same cancellation rules, as when making the reservation, will apply.

What happens next

We will notify the guest that they need to approve or reject the request. If the Guest rejects the inquiry or does not respond, the date will not change in bimbarent-account. If the Guest confirms the application, the new scheduled time will appear in the booking details.
