Reservation safety tips
Your safety is our priority, so we’ve put together key rules to help you safely book your transportation.
Verify the source of emails
Bimbarent never shares your email with the owner of the transport, even after confirmation of the reservation. Carefully check the emails sent from our name (the domain and signature should match bimba.rent).

Bimbarent does not send messages for payment completion. Partial prepayment is made only through our platform when submitting reservation (the amount is blocked on the banking account). The rest of the payment is made before booking start (the total cost is described in order details).
In some cases, we may require full prepayment on booking request (for example, for a hot air balloon ride). In this case you will not be required for a payment to host. See the order details.
Listing and communication with the owner
Carefully review the listing, as it will help you determine how reliable the owner is. Pay attention to the quality of the photos, description details, and prices. Abnormally low costs may be intended to deceive – if you are asked to transfer the entire remaining amount for the reservation before starting, immediately notify us.
If you have booked transport and the communication with the owner seems suspicious, contact our support through the feedback form.
Important! If an emergency situation arises during the ride or you feel threatened, immediately call the police or emergency services.
Duplicate sites
Beware of duplicate sites. Typically, scammers register a domain with a similar name, while the duplicate site looks exactly like Bimbarent. The scheme requiring you to enter a phone number to receive an access code. After that, an SMS subscription is activated on your number. Remember, viewing listings on our platform is completely free.
How do we verify the identity of our users?
We strive to create a safe community for everyone. Therefore, before we publish a listing, we ask the host provide documents confirming ownership of the transport, and in some cases, a document confirming the parking spot (receipt of payment, a certificate from a marina, aerodrome). A limited number of our employees have access to the documents to resolve problematic situations.
Before submitting a booking request to the owner, we verify the guest’s phone number, and we also charge an advance payment. This is how we verify guests.
Future Considerations
In the next stage of our platform development, we will add identity verification, live reviews, and ratings for users & hosts.
