How to Cancel My Reservation?
Do you have a problem with a confirmed reservation? Contact the guest/owner directly – explain the situation, try to reschedule.
How the Guest can cancel a reservation
- In Guest profile go to Reservations, select the order
- In the information details, next to Cancel booking click Cancel.
- Confirm.
- Expect a refund in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
Owner Cancellation
Owners cannot cancel confirmed rentals, but can reject previous requests:
- In the Owner’s profile go to Reservations > New requests, select the order.
- On the active menu, click Reject.
- Confirm.
What to do when a Guest Cancels?
We know how frustrating this is and are working on compensation rules, to be as fair as possible to both parties. At this time, the Terms of Service do not offer refunds for lost income, and in the case of a failed rental, the Owner must return the full amount of money received from the Guest.
I am an Owner, I cannot make a ride. What should I do?
Ask the Guest to schedule. If your cancellation is due to Major Disruptive Events Policy, contact us via the Feedback Form.
We don’t charge cancellation fees, but it may affect your profile rating in the future.
